Paintball Suppressor Are Paintball Silencers Legal In Canada?

Are paintball silencers legal in Canada? - paintball suppressor

I'm doing a suppressor silencer for my paintball gun and I know that this is illegal in the United States, but obviously, the laws vary from country to country. So, if I had a paintball silencer is able to use the park for paintball?

PS: I live in Manitoba

  1. Silencers are perfectly legal in the U.S. at the federal level. But there is a fee of $ 200 and the approval of the ATF for the routine in front of the building or buying one, and only have 38 states, the civilians without permission. The only way to pay, an air rifle or paintball silencer in the United States do without taxes, is carried out through the barrel. Classified when the exhaust can be removed without destroying it, then as a silencer for firearms, if you (less noise at work, all), from only a single shot.

Silent firearms are prohibited weapons in Canada. http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/showdoc/cs/ ...

When you make a false silencer, then it would be legal for use in Canada and the United States. A silencer would be a false solid piece of bar stock with a hole about paintball. Even a very quiet will do little to reduce the sound of a paintball gun.
