Crispy Chocolate Frosting What Should I Use For Water?

What should I use for water? - crispy chocolate frosting

IN A 3D image of the CN and the need can use it for something mannamuskeet lake and running water and all the other things. The crispy rice for land use, I thought the icing on the use of gel, but do you merge them? In the white chocolate, with 2 different regions only a few of them that I dye blue? Suggestions would be great, thank you

  1. I think you should have melted the use of sugar. It is easier, I want a little more research if I were you.
    You must be careful not to burn them, but the sugar is melted and a light blue color would be perfect!
    If you do not want to through all the trouble you to a few bars of white chocolate, melted and let you add the food coloring. Then put in the answer and the freezing response.

  2. No, if it must be edible?

    If so, you can use sugar and water to "Crystal", which is making edible (but not the taste of the best) for. Find the recipe on Google.

    If not, I would use clear epoxy can be shaped, if it is almost dry.

  3. Why not a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen with two parts. This makes the excellent water quality, and not having to add any color.
